Rony and Team Soul have formally parted ways ahead of the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) 2025. During his nearly one and a half years with the organisation, Rony helped with a number of important tournaments
Following Team Soul’s disappointing performance in the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025, in which the team was unable to advance to the Grand Finals, the departure was made. Interestingly, Rony did not make the playing four at the event.
For the organisation, which had earlier captured the BGMS 2024 title under Manya’s leadership, this is a significant shift. The roster has since struggled to maintain consistency in key competitions.
During a recent YouTube livestream, Manya addressed the team’s roster status and recent form. He confirmed that Rony will no longer be part of the active roster and that Team Soul will now play with a four-man lineup.
